Cre8tive Mix is an initative of Cheryl Moggs. 100% Aboriginal owned and operated. A commercial entity established in 2014 with the aim to showcase and promote the artistic works of Australia's Cultural Diversity

A business that fosters and supports excellence, connection and innovation in Creativity and Culture through an online art gallery,exhibitions,workshops, events,                                                                               consultations, and partnerships. Showcasing a selection of Authentic Aboriginal                                                                                   and  Contemporary Art and Products sourced from Regional and Remote                                                                                             communities of the south/east west Queensland regions. Consisting of eight                                                                                       Aboriginal Nations, with an association to the region that Cre8tive Mix operates in.

OUR FOUNDER: Cheryl Moggs

Cheryl Brings to Cre8tive Mix 17 years experience within the Indigenous Visual Arts, Cultural, Business, Conservation and land Management industries across TAFE Queensland,Educational Queensland,Communities,Queensland Universities and Correctives Services, with appointments in lecturing, Teaching, Training,Management, Consultancy and Community Representation. An accomplished artist herself. In 2014 her work titled "Dreaming Tracks" was selected for the Queensland Regional Art Award-Touring Exhibition.During this period she also recieved the Regional Citizen of the Year-Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander award at the 2014 Australia Day Awards from the Toowoomba Regional Council.In 2008 she was appointed by her people, the Bigambul Nation to speak and assist her people though a native title application. 2016 will be a major highlight as her people gains recognition as the traditional custodians and she continues to assist her people to re-connect and maintain spiritual links and cultural practices on Bigambul country.2005 was another major highlight in her life as manager of the Indigenous Unit at Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE in Toowoomba, lead her team to win the Queensland Training Award for outstanding service and training options for Indigneous people across  Queensland's  regional and remote west regions.
